Thanks to its key location, at the Northeastern border of Italy and Slovenia, GALVANICA ISONTINA Sas is a company specialized in galvanic treatments of ELECTROLYTIC GALVANIZING of screws and other small and medium-sized metal elements, with various types of passivation and sealers.
Equipped with four automatic rotobarrel plants, the current production potential is 8/12 tons/day.
In 2010 GALVANICA ISONTINA obtained the Integrated Environmental Authorization, not only a legal requirement but also a source of pride to show sensitivity and attention and respect for the environment.
The Company, aware of the level of importance of Quality to get Customer satisfaction, decided to equip itself with a Management System, certifying itself since 2008 according to UNI EN ISO 9001, and since 2016 according to UNI EN ISO 14001.
The strenuous commitment to meet the explicit and implicit customers’ needs and the importance to provide high quality products, enabled GALVANICA ISONTINA start working in the automotive branch. The increasing demand from this type of market prompted the company to improve its management system by integrating it with the requirements of the technical specifications of the automotive branch, allowing a better understanding of customer needs.

L'adozione delle innovazioni presenti sulla nuova linea di Zn/Ni consente un aumento del rendimento del bagno e quindi una diminuzione del tempo di trattamento con conseguente risparmio di energia elettrica. Inoltre diminuisce l'impatto ambientale in quanto elimina la formazione di alcune sostanze inquinanti nel bagno e di conseguenza nelle acque di scarico. L'utilizzo degli anodi ceramica garantisce una costanza del deposito di zinco come richiesto dal settore "automotive", verso cui il mercato si sta evolvendo. L'investimento è stato finanziato con fondi dell'Unione Europea POR FESR FVG 2014-2020 per l'importo di € 147.176,03.
